MARINE 5 CHANNELS AMPLIFIER
HCP 5MDĀ marine amplifier featureĀ a compact design readyĀ to face the open water environment, providing tons ofĀ clean power.Ā TheĀ heat sink has been crafted fromĀ extrudedĀ aluminium, a material unmatched for lightness,Ā robustness and heat dissipation. To keep size to aĀ minimum, the power transistors are placed betweenĀ the PCB and the top side of the heat sink where heatĀ is gathered. Built up heat is then directed to the specialĀ dissipation āwingsā along the side of the amplifier.
Both Pre-In and Speaker-In inputs feature a specialĀ balanced circuitry, ensuring high rejection againstĀ electro-magnetic interferences for noise-free results. TheĀ HCP MĀ amplifiers crossover section ensure extremeĀ flexibility: fully adjustableĀ Lo-pass, Hi-pass filtersĀ withĀ 12 dB/Oct. and 24 dB/Oct. slopes according to theĀ amplifier model;Ā Bass BoostĀ is also available to enhanceĀ low frequencies.
More specificallyĀ HCP 5MDĀ is suitable for aĀ five channels system with subwoofer, a tree channel front + sub systemĀ using the front and rear built-in filters that also include a bass boost circuit and a subsonic filter.

- CORROSION PROTECTION
Electronics components corrosion caused by exposure in wet environments is totally neutralized by the use of dedicated Marine grade (epoxy coated) PCB boards.
- SALT FOG PROOF
To satisfy the standards required by ASTM-B117, Hertz Marine products are tested with massive salt fog spray to ensure a complete resistance to corrosion, typical of this atmospheric agent.
- WATER JET TESTED
The protection grade IP64 define all the Hertz Marine products as totally protected against water jets of different entities, making them highly performant in the marine environment.
